Alaska Municipal League’s Annual Local Government Conference is the best venue to get your brand, products and offerings in front of Alaska’s most influential local government officials. By exhibiting at the conference, you have the ability to get your company in front of over 600 municipal officials and employees. Each booth includes registration for 1 representative, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the registered attendee.

Showcase Opportunities

Make the most of these branded sponsor opportunities, which can be added to your base sponsorship:

Conference Room Naming Session room (5 available) $3,000 | Plenary Ballroom (1 available) $6,000
What better way to highlight your leadership in a field, than to have conference sessions meeting all day Wednesday and Thursday in a room named by your organization. These names will be featured on the digital and printed agenda, printed signage outside the rooms, as well as on the rotating slideshow in the room itself.

Networking Break (4 available) $3,000/per break
During long conference days, participants will naturally meet outside sessions, collaborate on future projects, and refuel during breaks. Your company name and logo will be displayed during your designated networking break.

Lanyard Sponsor (1 available) $4,000
Every conference participant will receive a lanyard with their badge that features your company name or logo, and the AML logo! (Must be confirmed prior to October 1)

Specialty Coffee Cart (2 available) $2,500/per day
Conferences run on coffee, and these specialty coffee carts include a barista making custom drinks throughout the day. Show your company’s commitment to helping energize our conference! Your company name and logo will be featured on the cup sleeves and all day at the coffee cart as they serve-up delicious specialty coffees. (Must be confirmed prior to October 1)

AMLounge Happy Hour (1 available) $5,000
Attendees want to keep the conversation going while unwinding at the end of a long day. At the lounge, from 4-6pm, they can enjoy a hosted bar while networking with their peers. Your company name and logo will be displayed at the lounge. Only one AMLounge will be available this year, so don’t miss your opportunity to host it!

75th Anniversary Luncheon (1 available) $5,000
This event will highlight exceptional local government officials and innovations in communities across Alaska over the past 75 years. This unique event will be a highlight of the conference, with our members in attendance. Sponsorship includes the opportunity to introduce the keynote speaker and company signage displayed during the luncheon.

In-Room Refreshments (7 available) $1,000
To ensure the conference is a success, we will ensure the coffee and water keep flowing! This sponsorship will include your company name and logo on an individual refreshment station for an entire day, located directly in one of the conference rooms.

Community Impact Spotlight $2,000
Showcase a project or partnership that has positively impacted an Alaskan community through an approximately 15-minute presentation in conjunction with a related session during the conference.

75th Anniversary Events

Legacy of Local – Hosted at the Anchorage Performing Arts Center, this evening event will feature entertainment and activities, a short anniversary program, and trivia. This event will include not just local government officials but a broad invitation to leaders from across Alaska. We encourage you to bring your whole team to interact with Alaska’s local government officials, leaders, and those implementing positive innovation across the state.

Diamond Gala – This evening social at the Dena’ina Center will highlight the contributions of local leaders over the past 75 years, and provide a relaxed opportunity to mix and mingle while reflecting on AML’s unique history, as well as a historical community showcase, a silent auction, and our annual Awards of Excellence. Offering trusted partners tickets to your table will show them your commitment and leave them with positive memories of this historic event.
